Well saw reviews given earlier either this lounge had improved their services or the moment visitors visited was crowded because, the lounge ambience is cosy - especially the couch and lighting but as the loud speaker for train movements is necessary its a bit loud and little uncomfortable until you use headphones. Washroom (Gents) apparently clean. Staffs are supportive and polite. They accept UPI and cash only. To use must have an valid ticket to travel and charges 20+ GST = 24/- for one hour only. Its is located on platform no. 3 just in front of subway end.
It's a wonderful waiting room and charges almost nothing. 20 Rs per hour + GST. Well maintained, neatly kept and good seating arrangement. 2 separate toilets for Men & Women maintained very cleanly. Having a small convenient store also for basic needs and snacks.
Currently hear rate is 24/hr for AC resting lodge. Good atmosphere, 24hr service available, water and food also available. Washroom is decent.
This place is quiet good. Although there is free waiting room for upper class passengers but it remains crowded most of the time. One can pay on hourly basis at this Lounge and enjoy the place. It has clean toilets.

Visted recently and had worst experience . Although the longue area is good but washroom is a disaster.Very untidy . Even the shauchalaya are much cleaner. Will not use the same again in my life
