Booked a party hall for a family function, the service and the food was too good. AC was perfect, parking was good too. There's an open parking near the hotel. Food was tooo good we enjoyed neatly. Worth the money spend, service was good too and the people were knowledgeable.

Pathetic service. They don't clean the room and bathroom. The water doesn't drain out from bathroom. The cleaning guys aren't professional at all. They don't change bedsheets when they come up to clean the room. They don't clean bathroom, and they use the towels that are kept in the bathroom to dry up the commod and floor tile, that's what they call as cleaning the bathroom than brushing and cleaning up with lotion and brush. And when we told to use brush to clean the toilet, they used the same brush to clean the washbasin as well. And the same guy who comes and does all the cleaning, and disposing the waste, refills with tea bags and sugar packets and keeps in the water bottle from the same trolley where they dispose the waste and put up the waste cloth. No cleanliness at all. My whole family fell sick after staying there because of their unhealthy way of maintaining their hotel. They get so much money to book the rooms but their maintenance is zero. There are no much staff and staffs aren't trained as well specially the cleaning guys. Earlier when they had started it went all good and was well maintained. But now I pathetic and I will never opt such place anymore. I would suggest, if everyone wish to stay healthy please don't opt this place.

We had the world cup non vegan chinese & non vegan tandoor platter. Verry delicious food, nicly served with a big smile and extra information from subhasmitha! Shout out to shankar-pramod & manjit for preparing the food. [As belgians, we missed a little bit of vegetable/potatoes on the plate.] The rooms are verry clean and when we asked for something extra they helped us immediately.

I had a nice stay in Khanna residency. Rooms are clean and services are good. They have room service for food, coffee, tea. They have both Pure Veg restaurant and Nov veg restaurant. Food is good at both places.

I recently had lunch at Kanna Fiesta Restaurant in Vellore, and it was a delightful experience. The fried rice and Manchurian gravy were exceptionally tasty, leaving me satisfied. The hospitality provided was top-notch, and Ms. Subhasmita, who attended to us, went above and beyond to make our dining time truly memorable. I highly recommend this restaurant for its delicious food and pleasant service.

Comfortable to stay good hospitality by the receptionist Priya & Prakash and Govind and in they give us a suggestion on the food spread they have depends up on our taste we can have it and in the restaurant the service given by Subhasmitha and the nice food is good by the hidden chief Ambrose over all had a good stay recommend for the family and business trips it's good

Wonderful Hotel in Vellore. Rooms were large, quiet and very cosy. The hotel exceeded our expectations by all means. The food served at the Zika restaurant is very delicious. You will get authentic North Indian dishes over there.

Room Service and Hotel is good and very nice ambience. Best recommended for family Stay. Best Hospitality and excellent service from Lipsa Dalai. Only the problem is they're not responding to the support line if you are trying to reach out for any enquiry
