Khandoba Mandir at Akurdi chowk is a landmark for telling address.. Premises is very clean.. Calm.. Very close to Mumbai Pune highway but still silent place.. Two Deep mala at the temple.. Also a big Sword worth seeing.. Muktai Devi and Ganapati Mandir in the premises.. Lots of seating benches at the temple.. Drinking water available for free.. Parking near by for free.. Some snacks shops just outside the temple..

Easily locatable. Can go by even by bus or rickshaw. The temple is very clean. The location is nice. You can spend a beautiful evening there. Can see the Finolex Chowk siting at the benches. Have parking area available. Also have the provision of drinking water. Must visit with the family.
Good Place For visitors specially for worship . This is the kuldaiwat of western Maharashtra people belong to hindusium. Modern types infrastructure and well designed mandir on the basic of jejuri temples of khandoba. Even placed on the top of Normal hill stations. I was sitting there after my class when I was tired. To become fresh daily visiting place .it's heart touching place for me because I'm connected with my kuldaiwat and it gives me too much satisfaction. General body of this temple is well defined continuously they arranged the program and celebrate all festivals belongings to Hinduism. More than three month I observed it very closely.
Beautiful temple and looks more stunning during evening and night! I was more surprised when I entered into the Temple and found that the inner premises of the temple was clean. Oh heaven! There was no typical Indian temple smell or no excessive perfume smoke. Temple was just clean, vast and airy! Nice place. I've decided to visit it again!

Khandoba Mandir. This is one of the nice shiv temple in akurdi Pune. If you need a peace of mind or you need to relax your body, brain, heart, mind and soul then this one of the right place where you can spend some time. There is enough parking area available near this temple so one can come with his/her own vehicle. Inside the temple premises there is enough space available for sitting. There are also cemented banch available for the sitting and relaxation of visitors and devotees. This one of the nice temple where one should must go with family. I personally think both early morning and evening time is the best time to visit this temple. There is shoe stand available near the entry gate of this temple. Small shops are also available.
