I visited Khana Shana for lunch. First of all, it was a sunny day and it was great relief when we entered, as the temperature was very pleasant. Cheers for that. Ambience is just nice enough, whole traditional Punjabi themed. Really feels at home. Not very spacious but definitely aptly decorated. Let's talk about food, we had Paneer Angara, Kaju Masala and Lachcha Paratha. Everything was just DAMN tasteful and full of flavour. Not that street food spicy kind of flavour, but authentic Punjabi food flavour. In short, khana changa hai si. Adding to that, Chas and Lassi are just ahahah, ekdum mast. Yeah but it would have been great if they would have been more chilled. Also note that, service is not fast and it would take time to prepare your food, not recommended for quick bite. It was mostly empty when we were there, still it took more than 20 mins so note that. But overall it's worth a visit.

The Naan Roti was also excellent, with just the right amount of softness and char. And let's not forget the lassi! Creamy, sweet, and oh-so-satisfying, it was the perfect way to end the meal on a high note. One thing I particularly appreciated about Khana Shana was the overall quality of the food. Everything tasted fresh, and you could tell that they take great care in preparing their dishes. The flavors were authentic and packed a punch, just like you'd expect from traditional Punjabi food. What surprised me even more was the affordability of the menu. For the quality and quantity of food they serve, it's genuinely pocket-friendly. You get a satisfying meal without having to break the bank. The ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant and had a cozy feel to it. The staff was courteous, and the service was prompt, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. In conclusion, Khana Shana is hands down the best place to experience authentic Punjabi cuisine in Gandhinagar. If you find yourself in the area, I highly recommend giving it a try. The Chaas, Lacha Paratha, and Lassi are must-haves, but I'm sure their other offerings are just as delightful. Good restaurant in Gandhinagar. Staff is so polite, they all are well mannered, they know how to treat their customers. We went here for dinner like twice and they attended us so well, why i m writing this again n again because we went with our family including little one, 18months child, who like food which is made of potatoes, so we asked the staff if they have french fries, they said, no mam its not in our menu, then we requested then to please arrange one, and without any hustle they did, which was a great thing atleast for us.. Now come to the food: They served only vegetarian food. We order different dishes both the time The taste was good no doubt. Must have their kulchas or paranthas (we felt like parantha as we r from delhi, so we more on to paranthas) so we ordered paneer kulcha and aloo kulcha and they both were delicious no doubt Next their chach, go for it gues you will love it. Ya chach and lassi both are different, chach is in a liquid form less heavy, but their lassi is something extremely thick, bit heavy, both were good in taste, so you can choose according to ur need. Ambience were good too. Overall one of the good restaurant for vegetarian. So try it urself and experience the taste of food

The overall experience was a good one. The food was tasty and service was okay, nothing great, the location good, the ambience was very good, cleanliness and area of the washroom needs improvement. Food portion could be a bit more (at least 15-20%) considering that it is only 1 stuffed kulcha. My immediate comparison is with the parathas and kulchas we used to get in Delhi. Usually one plate would be two parathas. My argument is that an adult male or someone having a healthy appetite will find it inadequate. In fact I ordered a steamed rice in addition. The kulcha comes with chole or dal makhani, and the chole could have been much better. It was too watery.

A good restaurant in infocity. It has a good infrastructure and interior design. The sitting capacity is not much but it has a very good service and awesome food. It is a bit expensive restaurant but one should try it for better food.
