Khambhalia Gate - Historical landmark in Jamnagar - Jamnagar, India

One of the oldest places of Jamnagar, heritage, is near Ranmal Lake,within walking distance. Also a place for local breakfast. If you're a tourist you should visit, it has a history vibe though it's been renovated recently

143 years old photo of Khambhalia Gate of Jamnagar was taken in 1875 AD.The city was founded by Jam Rawal Jadeja from Kutch. In old time it was known as Navanagar. City fort with 7 gates was built by state Wazir Meru Khavas in 1788 AD.

It's a beautiful and artistic gate in the middle of the city but the people don't have enough time to watch the gate as all are running for their work. The gate is historic and well preserved by the authorities.

Khambhaliya Gate is Historic Place, Now Its Looks Very Awesome, There is traffic on only Any Occasion or Festival. After renovation this place its Looks New And Further more Bhujiyo Kotho Joints With khambhaliya Gate And Renovation is Working on Bhujiyo Kotho.

This is one of the historical places of Jamnagar. The place has been renovated some years ago by Jamnagar Municipal Corporation. There is a beautiful picture gallery of old Jamnagar.

This gate was built in the 17th century by Wazir Meraman Khawa, and one of two remaining city gates of Jamnagar from that period, this decaying landmark has been recently restored to former glory. Upstairs is a gallery due to open with displays on the city's history. Nearby it's all famous market areas so you can visit and have fun.
