Very clean and neat office staff and owner very humble very high quality products with competitive rate
Very impolite dealing with clients. Furniture available in the shop never matches the current market designs but price they ask touches sky. Highly over priced and unreasonable. Staff working at the store need to have professional training on client handling and shall be supervised by a professional. Overall experience was pathetic.
Very worst service, Their only motive is to sale their furniture They dont give any guarantee for their furniture service. I have purchase the sofa set from khalsa Furniture and it's been a month they unable to resolve my problem. I visited their showroom atleast 3 to 4 time for my probelm.They Keep saying will revert back in sometime and person will visit today everytime I call them but I never get any revert We Are very disappointed Plz don't buy their products Very poor service I don't want to even give one star to khalsa furniture
Edit: no after sales service. Marble of the centre table got broken itself within 6 months.
Cooperative staff and there is huge variety of furniture
Very poor service. I have purchase the bed from khalsa Furniture and it's been a month they unable to resolve my problem. I visited their showroom atleast 5-6 for my probelm.They Keep saying will revert back in sometime and person will visit today everytime I call them but I never get any revert from them and that carpenter never came. Please make sure you have check everything before the final payment otherwise you will be keep chasing them for the problem that not going to be resolved even after months.
After visiting numerous online and brick&mortar furniture showrooms, we came to khalsa furnishers. The staff is highly cooperative and professional. The collection is great and the prices are good. If you want high quality furniture of any kind, make sure you come here
