Khalids Biriyani - South Indian restaurant in Ramanathapuram - Ramanathapuram, India

3 or 4 times I tried chicken briyani in same teast and especially in grill chicken must try once and then most favorite royal falooda mixing lot of fruit and ice-cream location in Ramnad must try once your friends or family.

Here the first part I'm going to write here is good about this because the positive comments the Khalids Biryani I'm gonna write few that what it's worth for ... 1. The ambience is good . 2. The taste of the food is good . 3. It's Shawarma Plate is too good and worth for it's cost. Other than this I'm not wishing to tell any goodness about this Restaurant. The consequences : 1. The first thing i got irritated about their order of supplying the dishes. They are supplying the dish at last What we asked to give at first . (Experience : i ordered for Shawarma Plate with that itself asked to bring Butterscotch milkshake. They gave shawarma but not milkshake . I between also i am asking for it . But they didn't responded. Atlast they were saying there is no milk to make milkshake. It shows their poor management about food supply and their responsibility about taking order. They need to calculative about how much materials they're having with that how much they can serve and all those things. 2. With Shawarma Plate every other hotel is offering mayonnaise. But here they're giving Mayo after asked for it only . And it was also only one cup of mayonnaise for 2 plate shawarma which they were cost for Rs.143 rupees/Plate shawarma(without CGST and SGST). I can't agree that if they say giving Mayonnaise makes extra cost. 3. Then I ordered for tandoori 1/2, There i asked for Mayonnaise as dip even i told that I don't want tomato sauce and soya sauce, i just asked for Mayonnaise dip . For that also they are charging extra , i denied for that too. Overall review As customer satisfaction it is zero And their management at its atmost low. I can surely they will not reply for this tooo.. Bcoz I'm not sure about their management team would be aware of these reviews.

1.Foods served here are okay. 2.Not too grate nor too bad. 3.But the wash area is bad and smelly 4.You can witness a million rats living in the sofa in their dining area. I did complain but they are least bothered about it and they laughed when I commented on this! The last complaint raised by me and their reaction was pretty shocking!

One of the best briyani... Wonderful flavours... Just enjoyed the food. Nicely seasoned and perfectly grilled emperor fish! Price was worth the flavours, service and ambience. Hope, the hotel maintain their standards.

Had Tandoori chicken, good taste. Empty or egg briyani - not available, so ordered Chicken Briyani. Briyani rice taste was Good but chicken was hard and could not have it.

Both chicken and mutton Biriyani are good... Infact Biriyani is top notch in this hotel.. Especially the bread halwa the provided is too good. Ac is not in ON when I visited , other side dishes are not bad and not good as well. Customer service satisfaction is 4/5 overall satisfied.

Atmosphere and hygienic was fantastic. But Serve timing wast taken too much.. And chicken gravy based all chicken based dish was same taste .. slightly only taste differ .. My opinion Briyani was super.. Remaining want improvement..
