Rooms were neat and clean. Worthy and the staffs were very helpful and cooperative. There was issue with AC room temperature which was not maintaining because of loose window hooks. Then one side of the room is covered with glasses with light colored curtains which passes sunlight and disturbs sleep a bit. Overall it was a great experience staying der.

This is a great place to stay if you have to visit mims hospital as it is right next door to the hospital . However the rooms are very average with smoke smell. Also they have a funny policy of taking a Rs 2000 advance for a Rs 1600 room! I had to go looking for an ATM at 11 in the night as their card machine also dint work. They kindly give me my balance on Check out. Btw a good thing about this place is that they have a 24 hour checkout policy.

It's a budget hotel. Don't expect anything major.rooms are reasonably clean. Wi-Fi is available only in lobby which is a pain. The tv unit in the room had a broken picture tube but I'm not sure if all tv's in other rooms are bad. Staff are friendly. If you are looking for a place to just freshen up and run your errands in the city them its not a bad place considering the rooms are not that costly.

I had booked this hotel solely coz of it's proximity to Aster MIMS Hospital. There is no big signboard on the outside and hence easy to miss. The reception is misleadingly small, but the property itself should be having more than 40-50 rooms (I think). Pros: 1. The staff was extremely polite, friendly and helpful 2. There are many restaurants around 3. Situated on the main road and, hence, finding local transport is very easy 4. Very cheap Cons: 1. My room was non-AC (my biggest mistake as I didn't anticipate the humidity of Calicut - my bad!). I tried to upgrade to AC, but the upgrade cost offered to me was more than double of what I actually had paid. The receptionist said that it was due to a difference in the offline and online tariffs. In any case, I felt it was too expensive and hence stayed with the original room. 2. Bed bugs - lots of them! I had a tough time sleeping with all the itching. 3. There was mud and dirt in between the blanket and bed sheet. Looked like it hadn't been used for a long time. 4. The mattress was so worn out that it was almost non existent. 5. The furniture was probably a hundred years old, with chunks of wood falling off and plywood peeling off. Overall my stay wasn't pleasant. I wouldn't return to this place. But for the price that I paid (Rs1800 for 3 nights), I don't think I should have expected anything better. My recommendation is to stay here only and only if you really have to; and if you do, pls choose an AC room and carry some lotion along.

The room service was good. It's good place to stay for relatives of mims hospital patients for a day or two. Wi-Fi is good. Rate is reasonable. But I'm not sure about the safety of women at night.

These people overcharge for everything. They will tell a price initially during check in and they change the amount to almost double during check out saying that's what they had told during check in. The worst place I have ever stayed in. I recommend you Book any hotel but this, your trip will end on a Happy note. I would never ever stay anywhere near this place.

Worst hotel, We booked room via OYO, when we reached hotel at night 10 PM, they rented our room with others. We searched everywhere in that time for a room night stay and found another room 10km apart. What a fantastic service, keep it up. Suggest all to avoid this hotel forever.

Worst hotel, worst experience.. They charged extra one more day price because, they are telling i got late by 1 hr to check out and i am sure i did not crossed 23 hrs after check in. infact they are not ready to tell the checkin time. I asked the cctv footage to confirm my checkin time and they are telling they dont have permission to show. The worst place I have ever stayed in. And the behavior of the hotel reception staff who is from wayanad was too bad.. I strongly Suggest you all to avoid this hotel forever.
