Very disappointing behaviour of staff and owner .. they are only loyal to the money they get from booking . . Not loyal to customer .. very bad management. One should know manners and etiquette on how to tell customer the rules of your banquet hall if someone doesn't know or unaware of that . Owner must learn that how to explain softly instead of aggressively. They can spoil your function any time with their agressive attitude.Not so nice experience. Very bad
Best decoration and catering in the town.. Smiling, sincere and loyal staff.. forgot my phone on a table, it was collected by a service boy and submitted in the office. The office guy returned with full caution..
Visiting this banquet for yrs now.... And what a services they provide!!!!... Never got disappointed about decoration!! .. I DONT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WITH THEM .. BUT YES, THEY PROVIDE GOOD SERVICES.. And yes, how much u pay they pay services according to that only.. which is Right!!!... U cant get iphone in price of Chinese Android!!.. and every one have there own rules and regulations!!! So, follow them... I saw a reply from owner to a brutal customer (who just reviewed 5days back)... What a reply u guys have given!!! ... The savageness ... I became fan of urs... I have to write review cuz it don't have reply option to other.. i think... But here .... Well done man!! Keep it up!! Bad boyzzz!!!
