Variety types of shoes are available here. Stuffs & members are very helpful. Price is reasonable and shoes qualities are up to the mark. Except shoe other accessories like belt, shoe polish, socks, shiners etc. are available. Moreover the showroom is situated at a good please nearby traffic more.
Great collection, best quality products in affordable prices. Approachable by bus or train, very near to the Sodepur traffic more. Staffs are very much helpful .No car parking facility is available hear, you can park your car on road.
Behaviour of the stuff is very rude...specially if you try to exchange some item,they behave as if you want a product for free.

Overall experience is good. My mother has knee problems and she stays in the car while we go on finding suitable slipper for her. Shopkeepers are very cordial and polite. They even allow us to carry certain pair of slippers to the car to check fittings as per my mother's feet. Only varieties are less in comparison and that's why four star rating from my side.

I have seen this particular outlet to grow from small to big and now the stock and varieties of shoes here are really great. It's a two storied building and you can easily get hold of a pair of shoe that you will love and the behaviour of the staff is very cordial n polite. It's one of the best brand of shoes..
Pathetic customer service. I bought a belt & the same got defected in next 15 days. While I went to shop asking for replacement or atleast repair the person in cash counter bluntly replied that they can do nothing. While I finally told them that I will share this experience in online feedback, the person proudly prompted that they will be more than happy if I do so. This kind of poor & inferior quality of product and customer service never expected from a brand like Khadim.
