Khadim's - Shoe store in Avadi - Thiruvallur, India

Just avoid going to this place for any reason. If you are left with any self respect plz do avoid this place. Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. The owner itself talks like a goon, imagine how workers would den. I'm sure there are many good stores around the place which provide good service and give better quality products. Khadims is a genuinely good brand with an affordable price. I've been using their footwear for many years. But the Avadi branch to my shock sells all old stocks to get more margin for themselves. They don't have any updated collection or the quality. I think they are selling the second quality of khadims brand. They are looting people. They think people in avadi are fools who buy whatever a good brand name sells, which we do of course. Coming to my issue the same as the rest of the people faced in the comments below. Got footwear and got damaged within a month of use n was within warranty period. The store manager refused to take up the service and behaved rudely. We recorded everything on our mobile. Placed a complaint about the issue to khadims official email. They got back and sorted out the issue by providing a new pair of footwear from Ambattur branch since I specifically mentioned that I won't set foot in Avadi store so they suggested an alternative option. In the Ambattur branch they were saying we don't sell such old stocks here seeing my damaged footwear. They had a good collection. Avoid Avadi store

Worst shopping experience. Costly products. Shopkeeper is not customer friendly. Substandard shoes. Better brands and footwear shops are there in Avadi.

Khadim's is one of the finest slippers/shoe shop located in and around Chennai. They have many branches. The products sold here are very good and of nice quality. The price is moderate only. One can get all kids of shoes, slippers, sandals for mens, women and kids too. The ambience is very nice and the service is also good. Good quality for the price!

A small shop for all your basic shoe and dressing needs. Several varieties and models are available here. Customer support is good. Parking facility is absent. Overall experience was good. Thank you.

Avoid buying belts and wallets. Quality of the mentioned goods are very low.

Purely budget oriented and super collection. Trust Khadims and you have it. Am a regular are Avadi outlet. Had a good experience in Anna Nagar outlet too. In Avadi, the staff is very courteous, although space constraint is severe, they try to make it up at the earliest with providing the service. Parking is also a problem as it's just opposite to Ponnu Super Market and on Avavdi township main road. Overall, it's a good and cheap place to buy your footwear for families. Not a good place for school related stuff.
