I am 73 years old and have been taking treatment with multiple Physiotherapists for the past 10 years for problems with my walking ability. Mr. Arun Raj has been a very good find for me. His mantra is minimal work and maximum result. When I started a few months back with him I was not able to take even a few steps even with the help of a walker. Now I am able to walk 200 meters without any difficulty (with a walker of course). No exercise is repeated ever. Daily 2 New exercise are being taught to me.
