Poor Hospitality , very rigid staff. Food Is OK, No restaurant, Room service too costly. Every thing is fine but inexperienced staff Hospitality. Overall disappointment due to Hospitality which is expected with quality service and food. If the Host is not hospitable and not cooperative and very rigid then It is difficult to recommend for future functions. Below expectations.

Rooms are not clean found hair on the bed. Ordered butter toast and tea for breakfast got 4 slices the first day and 3 slices the second day. When asked why the waiter said may be the chef didn't like you and he can't be bothered.

Very bad service , no intercom working , dirty rooms , ants were roaming in the room , pressure of commode was so little that it was not upto the mark , towel was dirty , when I tried to call reception the device was not working

The room was too small as we booked deluxe room. And the food quality is really pathetic. We ordered pea nut masala as this is my favourite. But quality was worst that i didnt eat it after a bite. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone else. Even they guys have charged just like nirvana hotels and clubs. But kg service is really not good
