Probably the first KFC outlet in idukki district. Parking space available. Food is great as all KFC. And the staff are friendly and give better suggestions to choose from the menu.
Well it's KFC . Great atmosphere to dine in with really good fried chicken
This location is one of the prime locations. Near KSRTC bus stand Thodupuzha. The ambience is good. I went with a friend and we ordered the Big 8 bucket consisting of 4 smoky chicken leg pieces and 4 normal KFC chicken. The smoky chicken is a MUST-TRY item along with the special sauce or tandoori mayo. The smoky chicken is very spicy and doesn't need any toppings with it. The normal KFC chicken pieces was of great quantity and was very crispy. Was worth the price paid.The price was affordable (Rs.688)
The parking experience was seamless, with ample spaces and clear signage. The facility was well-maintained, and payment was convenient. A stress-free start to my day, thanks to the hassle-free parking arrangements.
Visited at lunch time, and the place was not crowded. Service staff were courteous and very pleasant. Food preparation time was a little slow. Atmosphere is on par with most other branches and good to see the same or slightly better quality in a lesser known town.
As usual, Chicken was consistent like other branches. Shop available till 10.30. good service. Very neat and clean premises. Waiting time is 15-20 minutes.. Ambience is also good Good

Been to several KFC outlets had a below average experience. staffs here unfriendly and not helpful, cleanliness is below par. Wait time is around 30 minutes, food is not that great either, you can get better brosted chicken from other shops around the area, not worth paying premium.
