KFC - Restaurant in Navi Mumbai - Raigad, India

Guys , we are regularly guest , and usually I order it, from delhi location, but first time I ordered in khargar , lot of.gaps in delivery orders quality worst , diffrent order i received it...i High light this matter in every parameter really guys very dispointed, if i feel hungry and situation happened..bill attached...

The food quality was not up to the mark. The mud cake quality was worst. It was some overpriced cheap old product. The chicken leg piece had lot of moist inside it. Smoky red chicken looked like it was topped with some maggie or yippy masala. Worst chicken ever seen. It was good that the employees were ready to exchange the order with different food item.

I always love KFC chicken and this outlet was no surprise for me, only the thing is they have a common seating arrangement which sometimes otherwise everything is similar to the other outlets, and adding further please try to increase the quantity of chicken popcorn when you order small box.

One of the Best place for chicken lovers... Service was very slow. Rate for this place are - Cleanliness - 4/5 Service - 3/5 Rate - 2/4 (rates are too high ) Quality - 4/5 Overall Good ....

Dear staff, when u don't have the adequate quantity don't take the order , 25/07/23 around 10:40 took one kfc biryani take away, hardly there is 4 spoons of rice . Thank you , never ever visiting KFC

The Worst KFC outlet I've ever come accross. (NOTE : This Review is about the KFC outlet that's on the ground floor of "Little World Mall, Kharghar") The staff here Lacks knowledge of the business and the skills needed for customer service. The Management on the other end here is as *Pathetic* as it can be. The wash basin here is not cleaned for like ages. U see hair, food and spit all around. Yucks!! And they even leave the Doors of the Outlet open, you can't even feel the cool breeze from the A/C, cause of it. I feel disappointed & disgusted about why did I even chose to go here, that too with my parents. Should've rather gone to Burger King, which is right adjacent, or to a different KFC outlet. (The one at Glomax Mall, Kharghar was anyday Better. But they shutdown.) Highlights: 1) YASMEEN - The staff at the counter, has No clue how she should be welcoming a customer. She doesn't even care to smile at 10-yo Girl, who comes to ask for a straw. Rather gives a Straight Face instead. You ask her about the offers or any suggestions on the orders, she goes Blank. She then admits that she's very new and untrained. Then I see her all the time speaking to someone on her phone . She rather not waste her time there, and get productive. & The worst, I see her throw the waste off the Tray into a Bin - but then keep the Dirty Tray as is for Customer Use, without even Wiping it clean. /They've just 2 staffs working... They take the orders, prepare the Orders, hand The orders. And they come clean the tables as well. Because of which there's a Lot of delay in someone coming and cleaning the table. The customers are forced to sit on the stools/chairs, where the previous customer's wastes are still on the table./ 2) MANGESH - The so called "Manager" there. He's as well on his phone the all time. (Monkey see, Monkey do!) Moreover, He's a Very arrogant fellow. - I placed an order, paid Rs. 1,200/- odd. And as I made the payment I realised I actually wanted a different order. Which would go upto Rs. 1,400/- to Rs. 1,500/- So I told him, "Sir I want u to help me with another order instead, I'll pay the remaining amount". He straight was like, an order placed is placed cannot be changed. I said I just hit the pay button, not even seconds has passed by. I was even willing to Cancel the entire order and place a New one, where they could refund me for the previous order a couple days later. - But This arrogant dude, instead of taking a look if something can be done and then telling me in a subtle way... He instead has the audacity to raise/point his Finger on me and tell me, "You should've thought about it before making of the payment ". Whattt.?!! Seriously!!! I then didn't say a word, took the order and left the counter. The worst encounter ever, I tell u.!!! I wouldn't suggest 'Anyone' take their Loved ones Here for any sort of Treats. Trust Me, you don't wanna be disappointed / treated same. You have money to spend, rather spend it somewhere worthwhile.

I am a regular member of KFC kharghar as I have been ordering food from Kfc for the past 3 years. Kfc Kharghar has been disappointing since last year as whenever we order food there is something or the other missing and then we have to callback kfc and then they apologize and send the missing items. This has not happened once but over 6 times (Yes I have been keeping count). Frustrated by this i started ordering from KFC seawoods and they have never disappointed me. Post lockdown,KFC kharghar opened on sept 25,2020. I tried ordering from kfc kharghar today and this time around I thought that they might have improved after lockdown. I ordered 4 dips and baam they gave me all the mayonnaise dips, 2 orders of strips missing. I wasn't even disappointed this time around. And the usual, called them and told them to get my stuff. KFC kharghar I hope you improve your services coz its HIGH TIME NOW. PS: They have also reduced the quantity of dips as you can see in the picture.

Hot wings were yummy and as usual Double Down tops the list fries weren't worth it. It smelled something like idli ka chutney.
