If there is zero option I give zero to avadi kfc very very worst behaviour they give oil tissue I ask replace the tissue they wait me 10 mins for tissue food not given in 7 mins if I ask why getting late no proper response
Pathetic service. We were asked to use their self serviceable kiosk to make our order since we opted to pay via card.. The payment was successful but they didn't receive the order. Had to wait for so long to sort it out and get the food. Edit: Definitely customer satisfaction is not your priority. If you care about that I wouldn't have wasted so much time there... Dropped an email to that stating experience
Similar as all KFC brachs. Taste wise all good. But they need to improve the table services like cleaning on time they are not cleaning immediately that it others all good and super.
Everything was good but got the order very late.... Mud pie cake was good and nachos popcorn wasn't available.. It's good right now they have improved
Visited the place on a Saturday evening. Very badly maintained dining area and washrooms. The food was stale and absolutely not in line with KFC standards. Ordered chicken popcorn which was undercooked. Also ordered mojito which absolutely tasteless. Better to avoid this place and visit Ambattur KFC.
The burgers were really good in this place, and their Chicken fries are not so good to have no taste in that stuff no proper salt or spices it just fried in oil thats it.. for this fried chicken SS Hyderabad fried chicken is far better than this KFC really missing something in it.
