Worst customer service. Had made a takeaway order (28524) at 9.00 pm tonight and they made us wait for 30 minutes. When we raised questions about the delay only they realized they had misplaced our order slip. Despite their mistake they neither apologized nor made any attempt to complete the order. Only after creating a scene they fulfilled the order. It took them more than 45 minutes to deliver A burger, a large popcorn chicken and a small fries. Worst behaviour!
Worst experience i had ever experience in KFC, i had ordered for take away in kfc , they messeged me as they got ready on 8 pm, i got reached kfc at 8 pm, after they saw me , they start to ready my order. Upto 8.45, my food is not ready, but the dine in guys got their food soon in 10 mins. On 8.50 i got received my food.
Worst customer service! Doesn't check the order properly. They sent a wrong food item. When called to ask, they kept on talking without listening and justified that the order was sent correctly. KFC need to work on their customer service skills. Both phone support and in store support.
This outlet and its interiors are shabby and too old. Food was really great with fresh chicken and good amount of sauce and dips.. again the washroom is not clean and not maintained properly. Recommended only for takeaway orders..
Good place. Proper social distancing and safety regulations followed during this pandemic situation. Recently I visited with my family and tasted big bucket full of yummy chicken. It was truly good.
