I had their Bestseller chicken Zinger Burger and Chicago popcorn, both were super fresh and super delicious. The chicken pieces were crispier from outside, tender and juicy from inside even though it was a delivery order it didn't get soggy. Finger licking good for sure
All the counter members was managing the customer very nicely. Enjoyed the chicken wings, strips & popcorn very much. Serving to the customer was very fast & only atleast in the 5 minutes your order was on your table. The price was also not to much higher. Best place to enjoy with your friends and family members. Loved it.........
KFC's quality has gone down by three to four notches in the recent years. I've had pieces served that had so much oil in them as if it were dripping from the pieces. I couldn't even eat it as it was so unhealthy.
What is wrong with your chicken? In lucknow kfc most places( specially fun mall) chicken often crispy chicken SMELLS! Pop corn and bone less r fine but bone chicken seems old and fried in bad oil!! MOST TIME

Not even worth one star. Really poor service. Takes too much time to pack the food. Doesn't even accept their mistakes. When complained about their mistake they just say okay. Not even an apology. Very disappointed
Had Veg longer burger and i asked for veg strips instead of that they gave veg patty n said they are same as strips have now changed in patty .. patty was veryyy bad .. also without asking they ordered dip .. 2 pc veg patty was for approx 130 rs sumthing... Very bad experience .. wasted 300 rs. ..
One of the worst KFC experience by far. The staff don't know how to manage their service. They didn't note the entire order first, had to place a second order. For fries they didn't give the correct one. All in all very unsatisfactory experience.
