KFC Tadepalli - American restaurant in Vijayawada - Guntur, India

I had ordered chicken popcorn, instead of chicken they gave me crumbs :( Please improve the quality of food Review as of 22 October 2023- Tables are not properly attended unless we ask them to clean. There is always a queue :( only one person providing the food. They are more focused on online bookings rather than restaurant customers :(

Taking order is the toughest part , I was disappointed when they said there is no ultimate savings bucket. But having the normal items in them.

Ambience was good but the food is bad more tax I guess and it's not good like new restaurants should have good food right but you can't find it here I just ordered basic regular popcorn and honestly I was not impressed what I'm impressed with is just the view and the ambience

Very disappointing, I am a regular customer for KFC and taste was excellent everywhere, but in this place the taste was very bad. The staff will ask for 5 star rating even before ordering. The chicken was not fresh and smoky red chicken was too bad. Never go for smoky red Atleast heat the chicken before giving to customers.

Very bad experience had in kfc Tadepalli branch All are playing and kidding each other by making customer waiting After waiting 45 mins I didn't get my order properly and I asked two time for my change after that also they didn't given refund change 69 rs also I got shame to ask change and I leave that change to that bigger owner

I had taken the Zinger classic and a zinger Tanduri today at 22:15hrs, the chicken stuff inside which had was seems like pre cooked and re-cooked for d order hence the stuff and it's sides were too hard to eat. Never expected the quality from KFC and I had to throw it out because I don't want to taste the nasty meal and get rid of other KFC stores, It seems like KFC higher level is least bothered about quality (it is shared to you by referring the reviews and the quality is given to the customers), request the higher level team to refer the reviews and do the needful. Thank you for experiencing me that this also will be the quality from KFC and to be careful while next visits to any other KFC's. Hereafter I need to think, refer the reviews and than visit to the stores.

If it takes 25 minutes to take an order on a weekday with only one billing counter then the management needs to seriously relook on the service delivery aspect. Additional counter can be activated. The same was suggested but was not adhered to despite having three counters. The burger is cold and seemingly stale. A serious review is needed.

Worst service ac is not working properly with one ac they are maintaining the outlet and chicken is not fresh and we all family suffered with stomach pain including kids better to go to Benz circle branch much better and I wil not recommend tadepalli worst food and service and hygiene and full of house flies and cleaning people not at all bothering the surroundings they need only monet not the quality and taste
