Worst of all kfc.. chicken is smelly and raw.. not cooked well.. waste of money.. highly disappointed..
Had a worst experience today, ordered a meal but they did not have Pepsi so gave me French fries instead I refused to take it coz I wanted a drink. And they asked me to wait for sometime, after that they gave me a glass of 7up which was tasteless and not carbonated they could have given me a bottle of water instead. Did not dare to take another sip from it.

One of the better KFCs that I've visited, spread over 2 floors, the ground floor has the service counter along with a few tables for seating. First floor is where the main seating is.
We ordered a leg piece bucket and a couple of spicy zinger burgers. As usual with any KFC, the food was absolutely amazing and lip smacking. Service was also upto the mark with all COVID restrictions being followed and no major complaints.
One small downside is that they keep their AC switched off in line with the COVID protocols, this makes the atmosphere quite stuffy and claustrophobic.
Overall this is a fantastic KFC with fantastic food on offer.
Worst payment mode I felt in KFC done phone pay
To their scanner the money has been debited from the account but it's been 1 week and still has not been reversed the money. The cash counter person given a slip and the amount will be reserved he said. Worst services from kfc goplan signature mall.
KFC has been my favorite. Whenever you are hungry, find a place & grab something of your choice. Chicken Grilled, Fiery Hot, Crispy, Got Wings, Chicken Popcorn are the famous items here. These items are yummy & you can order as per your choice. Sometimes when I am damn hungry during lunch time, like me you can customize your order & also opt rice bowl with popcorn, wings etc. Pretty good quantity of rice is serve in the rice bowl & its damn tasty. Reasonably priced compared to its competitors & its unique taste will make you go again & again. Parking is available near the road. I went some 1 week back. Some wiring works are going on then. Hopefully they would finish ot off by now. Free Water is available! Ask the counter to serve you water if you are thirsty. Washroom facilities & friendly staffs are another feature here.
Very poor customer service
We had ordered 550 Wednesday offer.
They gave us cold fries at first. Tissues were given in numbers of two's . Very dissapointing, not expected from kfc.
They gave every sachet of ketchup with a sense of disgust as though they are paying for it from their own pocket.
The bill was never given and when asked for they seemed to act asthough they had no idea what we were talking about.
As seen in the picture the quantity of dips are half as much as promised and they seemed to charge 25 rupees for every additional dip.
The fries were less then half in quantity, and they seemed to not care.
Extremely dissapointing experience.
