Taste was horrible. Chicken was not fresh it was smelling like rotten. When I complaint to the manager he reply "yahi khana padenga". Manager was arrogant. This was not first time I had these experience twice their.
They are getting confused when there is too much crowd they failed to provide customer centric environment and shop is not maintained properly......they failed to manage huge orders.
Worst biryani, in the name of biryani. They are serving boiled rice. Iss se accha ghar pe maa ke hatho ki khichdi kha lo.Worst chicken burger, worst chicken fried. Try in the Grill inn (RLT college Road). They will give a better taste than kfc. Kfc is just a brand. Other local cafes give better taste than kfc.
Keeps AC Off at noon, though told to switch on worker not listening, Tables are not frequently cleaned. Person taking order is always in stress. It feels should I ask him something or not, will he angry on me. My review is very bad this time.
It is a 'Dine In' restaurant for basic KFC meals and combos. Order online for other Menus. Authentic KFC taste and quick service. Interior is nice with limited sitting arrangement. I ordered almost all the meals available here. The 'Hot & Crispy' Bucket and 'Smoky Red Leg' Bucket tasted great. Chicken Popcorns are mouth watering. The Burgers and Biryani are not that good in taste and portion size. Hygiene and Cleanliness is what makes it better - the Staff here wears masks and gloves. The Staff is polite and service provided was great. Tip: Order online from KFC app for better Menus, offers and value for money.
The staff and the service is horrible. They scam you by adding unnecessary add ons to your order to overcharge you and don't even provide the bill so that people can cross check their order. This happened with me and when I pointed it out to them they started arguing with me but in the end they had to give a refund.

Very poor service. They dont accept Sodexo payments,although they have written on walls that they accept all sodexo meal cards and coupons. No straw were there for brewages. Highly Unprofessional Service.
