Stupid aero hub kfc they are the worst at serving food their workers can't even work fast even though there is no crowd to be honest if I order a burger and 4 pieces crispy chicken they will make an hour to cook even now I have placed order on Swiggy that stupid kfc workers again took an hour worst service in the aero hub kfc worst tbh will never come to this branch again change the employee then only this franchise will grow
It is located at the extreme end of the domestic departure terminal. Quite a lot of seating available as it is part of the food court. Service and quality are typical KFC fare.
While I had my flight to Bangalore at 8.40pm. My colleague reached airport at 8.20 only. We both were hungry at that time and we reached KFC and ordered our foods that too with 10 mins left for take off. Usually in KFC they would be delaying very much but here they provided within 5 mins and we juz got the flight.
Payment received and order was taken but the food was not delivered in time. So I had to just board the flight without collecting food. Also the representative didn't even cancel the order when I asked. Worst customer service from kfc.And just before I was about to board I was given the order as below screenshot, look at the coke can which I asked as to-go. How am I supposed to take this in airplane ? When I denied the order initially , half the order has been taken when they attempted to deliver it again. In short it was terrible
Bought fries and popcorn on 23 may . From store . It was not fresh. And. tasteless complaint to shop rep but no reply . Not proving to be KFC brand
Less options. They should clean the tables often after each customer. Also they should improve the billing. It took more than 15 minutes for billing and then 10 minutes to get the order. Crowded all the time. Need more staff for fast processing of orders.
The food taste is below Average compare to standard KFC taste. The billing counter is always full and the staffs are always busy, may be because of this they neglect the importance of the food taste. Next time shoud try othet food counter.
This outlet is such pathetic that most of the items they serve are stale. Mostly they don't have soda too.. KFC should consider closing this outlet if it's difficult for them to maintain standards
