I ordered Zinger Burger at around 5 PM We were facing network issues in our area and the delivery boy waited for about 20 mins. straight so that I can come and take my parcel The delivery guy was so patient and humble, it was the peak time of their busy schedules yet he was so kind to me I apologised to him and appreciated his efforts and loyalty towards his job. I recommend dine in for a better experience of classic ambience

They recently launched KFC chicken roll which is priced Rs99 (classic chicken), it tasted average as it just contained a few pieces of chicken(1-3) and the Paratha used was frozen Paratha which was very flaky. It's a one time try thing nothing special about that. Wings and other fried items are bland to eat without their signature sauces which you have to buy separately. Desserts are good just like what Domino's have. I tasted coffee mousse cake which was a delight to eat. Fries are simply salted and okay as a side add on.

Visited this place many a times. The place has been renovated and now it looks better. As usual there has not been any improvement in taste of the KFC dishes. The service, specifically to this store, is not very satisfactory. They do not take order as per queue, its quite random. Further, food preparation is also random. If you reach little late in the evening, most of the things in the menu are not available to order. The store needs improvement in the service front.

We don't like your stuff service and they didn't gives us per order on time not , fries are not good and late service chicken was not tender . Take some action for this

Didn't like the new sitting arrangements Not much gapping between chair and table. We were sweating whole time ac was not at that cool temperature. Liked the new interior work though.

Located at ground floor of Surya Mall next to main Entrance. Clean & Hygienic. Good ambience. Waiting time is variable although staffs do try their best in making it to minimum. Speed of service is appreciably good here. Handwash area is available along with soap. Hand Dryer is mostly kept off. Lacks toilets but many can be otherwise found in mall itself. Staff is courteous and co-operative. Quality of food served is good. (Based on multiple visits)
