No ambience and No good ventilation with bad Air-conditioning and Coming to the service they dont even have Change to provide cash payment customers (not even 20Rs and 50Rs notes). Kindly fix these issues and make customers feel comfortable when visit your store as people love KFC but these type of stores never ever pay attention to customer service and ambience.
Irresponsible Staff, Bad Service and Worst Management... Wednesday Offers appears on the Screen only, if asked Staff responds they don't have any offers even on a Wednesday... Maybe the 1st Franchise to say so.... Staff will add Dips to the bill without Customers knowledge and if customer asks why they charged extra, they say that Dips will be automatically added to the bill to any order and charged by the Company itself When confronted, Staff responds that ''we do what our Management says'' This is how Tanuku KFC works
Price is too much, but no taste yet all, We Ordered Chicken Roll I asked for Single Chicken roll as displayed on board which costs 100 rupees.. But that person billed me 150 rupees per roll and extra sauce where the quantity is one table spoon and That one costs 30rupees.. I went to eat for 100 rupees but spent 200 with taxes for tasteless food
Verdict: Not even worth trying. I don't think the cost they are charging are not worth the quantity of food they are offering. The cool drinks are nothing better than the drinks available at Soda Hub's. They are charging around 80 rs/- per drink which are not even worth 20 rs/-. Note: Never ever order biryani here.
Service is fast and taste is cool as every branch of kfc is good mainly one person shiva is good and way of taking orders by him is nice
Worst KFC restaurant from my KFC visit list . Tv displays are not working properly,Staff are not interested to tell information about combos and items. They are not interested for online payments and they are insisting on cash payments when I asked them to let me try then only I will pay cash , i tried and got my online payment success . Only one system is working for dine in and a big queue. Taste is also not good , not hot , not fresh better skip this tanuku KFC if you don't want to spoil your appetite.
These guys are very professional, loved the way the videos have come out, editing, videography everything is worth every penny, have been recommending these guys to everyone in my family too... Lovely work guys!! Keep up the good work...!
