Scammy portions and slow service. Chicken strips here are the smallest of any KFC I've been to - they're the size of chicken nuggets. Looks like the franchise owner is pocketing some extra cash by giving customers a fraction of the real portions. Pathetic. Service is painfully slow. Tables are not cleared. Bathroom was out of water. Self-serve kiosks were out of printer paper and wouldn't accept payments. Two of the four screens were out of service. Staff at the counter refused to take order and insisted we order on the screens. A very basic order took 20 mins to get ready. This joint is a strong contender for the worst KFC outlet ever.
Pakring available, good location, good outlet,, two stories, you need to order from a self booth which new and trending. It is very convenient. AC was turned off when we went and manager were not aware. However it was turn of when we told them.
KFC food is never a problem. Good palce to be. If youbare craving fast food.
Very much satisfied with the way they serve , especially timing. If they dealy in delevering ontime they are offering one chicken piece. Piece is not important here but the way they evolving according to the customer satisfaction is awesome.
One important thing - see how they use technology, the new way of ordering is changed, we can order the food on the big screen . Wow . As well as we can order near the counter also. What I am trying to say is - See how the technology changes from time to time.
Great place for a quick bite my all time favourite chicken popcorn now place is renovated too. Lounger rool is back on the menu and chicken biryani popcorn is also value for money, the place is now renovated and updated.

Kfc Margao is good.. But they can have yet another counter to manage the crowd.. Overall the service is quick.. Sitting arrangement after renovation has been improved a lot. Ample of sitting area. Quality of food is upto the mark.
The ordering on the new system was easy but payment got issue and declined.

The outlet is renovated and has been given a new look. It looks nice and overwhelming. They added extra space at the top for more seating arrangement. So now there is even more space than before.
Speaking about the food, it was hot and crispy as compared to my last visit. We tried their all new "CHIZZA", but didn't find it worth the hype. So its just chicken pieces with cheese, carrots, capsicum and sauce. But the taste is similar to fried chicken.
Food is great but not value for money , staff is not so fluent and they are ignorant , they don't switch on air-conditioning , I don't know why but it was very inconvenient to dine in without ac , their ambience was good because of no ac it made us uncomfortable
