I have a deeply disturbing experience to share regarding a well-known fast-food chain, KFC, and their highly acclaimed 11 secret herbs crispy chicken. Prepare yourself, as this revelation will shatter any positive image you might have had of this establishment. What they serve under the guise of their renowned chicken is nothing more than a pitiful excuse for a meal--a mere chicken coated in a mixture of flour, salt, and chili powder. The taste is akin to that of a dry and flavorless meatball, leaving a gritty sensation in your mouth. But the horrors don't end there. Upon closer inspection, it becomes evident that the chicken itself is in a state of decay, having been stored for an extended period of time. The sight of brown, putrid meat concealed within the chicken is enough to make anyone's stomach churn. To make matters worse, traces of blood can be found around the bones, indicating a complete lack of care for hygiene and food safety regulations. Nice shop, very clean and good, well maintained. Security is little bit disgusting which he was asking some tips and aso starring us while eating. But it's ok he was standing outside in hot sun for long time anyway we gave a tips.

We ordered 4 pieces of chicken Rs.391 combo with large coke and what we felt is chicken was 2-3 tyms re cooked like it's very hard and we unlike the chicken here

The worst experience, table was not clean and after informing also they didn't bothered to clean it. French fries was cold and soggy after complaining that they replaced and it was also cold and soggy. Ordered 2 piece chicken and mentioned to give drumstick but they both as breast piece. Order# 35906

Been here so many times. 3* is an average of all the visits. Located on Mount Poonamallee Road diagonally opposite to Ramachandra Hospital. Absolutely no 4 wheeler parking due to the ongoing metro work. Bad idea to visit during peak hours. Hygeine quotient is a tad compromised at the outlet. The fried items ain't fully done. Dips are charged separately these days which isn't pleasing. Mojito cups size look smaller too. Service is slower than other outlets.

This Outlet :Lost it charm". Here food used to delicious but now it looks like they have lost touch. The bucket chicken which we bought was an absolute disaster. It was like eating a piece of cardboard. No spice was there. Service should be improved...!! The ambiance is good. they keep it neat and tidy. Restrooms are filthy and it should be kept clean. Overall i would never recommend this outlet to anyone. i have been eating in this outlet for more than 8 years and now its time for me to stop going there. Please improve KFC.

This was one of our most favourite outlet of KFC. Used to dine in as well as take away. Well maintained, neat and hygienic place. Easy to locate. Recently placed an takeaway order for the items ultimate savings bucket cost RS. 665, 2 double down burgers. Completely satisfied with burgers. Value for money but in that bucket combo they provided hot & crispy chicken which is not crispy at all, strips and wings and 3 pepsi in paper cups for takeaway order which is not at all comfortable to carry! Thou v requested store guy to provide can or Tin but they refused to give. After reaching home, once we opened the pepsi cup we didn't see any gas in that, seems like an old stock. Also, it has some dirt particles at the bottom. On complaining about this to their customer care, no proper response got from them!! Totally worst. Didn't expect this type of service from KFC. I don't have any other option rather than escalation. Definitely won't recommend to anyone!!

Staffs are seems to be better nowadays. Earlier it was too noisy and food taste was also average. Now taste has improved. Service & atmosphere also good. A girl at the bill desk seems to be bit rude and careless, maybe it's her own way of behaviour but kfc would have instruct them with basic manners & how to treat customers politely.
