The taste of the food is good. Ambiance is reasonable. Service wait time is quite high and disappointing.
Can call it a fast food place with fried chicken (most) along with burgers. Vegetarian burgers and fries are also available. Ambience is well maintained and tables are sanitized regularly. Quite some space for comfortable seating has been maintained. Cost wise it's a little on the higher end with respect to the quantity. Good enough for a 'once in a while quick bite'.
SCAM ALERT! This place is running a scam. They ask for your phone number and if you refuse, they say they cannot give a bill but can still serve you the food. Or they say the printer is broken, they will try to give the receipt after you finish your food. As a customer, you would just accept the food and eat happily and go. But the staff just pocket the money and then write-off the food served as food wastage, so that corporate will be unaware. This has happened to me twice, after which I got to know about it from a friend who has worked in such fast food joints. Always demand your receipt if you give your phone number or not. And never give your phone number, they spam you. Give a fake number if forced.
Clean and tidy outlet and the ambiance is also good here. The staff was polite and helpful. The outlet was located on a nice location and is easy to find. It has decent amount of crowd compared to the oher KFC outlet and there were no parking issue for 4 wheelers as well.
They are just amazing... Except for Wednesdays... chicken in all the other days will be soo juicy and tasty... This place has combos on Wednesday which are really worthy... but on Wednesday the chicken won't be of that great quality... as in our opinion... But... we recommend this place to everyone... pls do try this out... it's great!!!
The Ghandhi bazaar KFC people were simply cheating by asking customers to pay for cheese along with burger claiming it's a compulsory purchase even though we don't like cheese we had to pay (costing 225).. While I crossed checked in two other KFC outlets they said it's not compulsory it was our choice... in other outlets it was 199
Have visited this outlet of KFC on vani vilas road a number of times with friends... We were excited to try the newly introduced double down burger... We ordered Double down Chicken, Mingles bucket, Chicken longer, Popcorn chicken and two pieces of hot wings.... Everything was as usual wonderful and superb in tasting... The service was quick and wonderful ambience.. Double Down is crispy with cheese and barbeque sauce between two pieces of fried chicken. We loved it and had good quantity of chicken.. The flavours are awesome.... It was finger licking... Very tasty and yummy... Though it was a bit oily... It was a delight tasting it.... Something unique launched by KFC....
