Good franchise of KFC, adequate seating available. Very hygienic, fast service too. Taste-wise, it's the basic standard KFC taste, nothing extra, nothing less. Car parking easily available either right in front of the restaurant, or a few hundred metres away, maximum. Edit: 30th July, 2023 The taste is good, the ambience and service has slightly gone down. The service time is still pretty fast. What irked us the most is that the A/C was turned off, and there was no ventilation. The place was heated up, and they turned on the A/C for 10 min after our request, only to turn it off again. It was a Sunday evening (peak time). This might be a one in a hundred incident, but this sort of a dip in service is something to be looked into. Apart from this, everything still remains the same, no complaints at all.

Had ordered 2 biriyani buckets+a regular chicken popcorn for 562Rs from this branch I am extremely disappointed with the quantity they offer there is barely half a bowl of rice. Worst of all the red firey chicken leg given with one bucket smelled stale and tasted pathetic. I was of the assumption that this will be sufficient for 2 individuals but after receiving it didn't even look like it was going to be filling for 1 person. This is the second time I have faced issues with quantity from this branch I will never order from KFC nor recommend it to anyone ever again. Pathetic customer service!

Food is bad. The guys who are making burgers don't have interest in preparing. No salt in French fries. These guys for the sake of making they are making. I felt KFC at Forum mall is much better.

I spent more than 10 minutes( no customers waiting in queue)waiting for them to take my order and all 3 idiots were standing at counter busy with phones. They were not even bothered when I asked to take my order (take away). I entered the outlet around 10:45 pm today (28/06/2023) and left around 11 pm. I was surprised by the attitude of these idiotic staffs. I visit there regularly and will never visit this stupid place.

Dear KFC, We are paying the price that you asked for. Why can't you give us the food that we paid for which is fresh, juicy, crispy, finger-licking good chickens? Taking delivery from KFC is a nightmare until you see the chicken coz most of the time, in 3 out of 5 orders I get pale, old, small pieces, half-cooked, half-marinated, leftover like fried chickens. I think you won't serve this type of chicken for dine-in coz they'll return it or shout it on the spot but we who order online are victims of this food scam by you. Why do we have to eat leftover chickens by paying a full price? You are an MNC company, so please maintain the quality and trust we expect and the price we pay.
