I recently visited the KFC outlet at Esplanade One Mall, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The food was delicious, with the classic KFC taste that I love. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the sides were flavorful. The Zinger Burger was perfect as always. Ordered some refreshing mint and lemon soda. The service was quick, ensuring I didn't have to wait long for my meal. Overall, it was a fantastic visit, and I look forward to returning soon.
The taste was good, however the service was not up to mark. We were informed through message that the order was ready for takeaway. But to our surprise, the order took more 15 mins for us . The outlet was not even much crowded, still the order took more than the expected time with no proper communication from the staff.

Not even maintained the food quality of KFC. Crispy chicken with so much oil. Just taste is very worse. I think this is a yesterday food and delivered today with some additional fry. Taste is very Bad.
