It's located at RP mall. Nowadays I found that in many places KFC outlets are not up to the standard, but this outlet was satisfied on the basis of taste, quality and service. Best spot to dine after watching a movie from Ashirvad Cinemas.

Just an average KFC outlet, where the staff and services are not great. Unfortunately, this particular outlet inside the Rp Mall seems to have a persistent issue with a large number of house flies inside. Every time I visit, these flies create a constant disturbance, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful meal. I have already brought up this issue with the staff on two or three previous occasions, but unfortunately, there has been no improvement.

Today I visited the KFC outlet. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the service. The chicken was cooked perfectly and was juicy and flavorful. The fries were crispy. The staff was friendly and attentive. They were quick to take my order and bring my food out. I would definitely recommend this KFC outlet to anyone looking for a delicious and affordable meal in near by place

This KFC is located in the ground floor of the RP mall, opposite to the Kozhikode new bus stand. It is catchy and easily accessible from both the outside and inside of the mall. The ambience was so nice and their customer service was okay. I ordered a bucket including peri peri chicken leg pieces, french fries, soft drinks and dips. Everything (french fries were not crispy) was so delicious, especially their peri peri chicken leg pieces. As it is a small outlet, it doesn't provide toilet facilities here. Common parking is available in the mall.

I ordered tandoori zinger burger meal. The chicken in the burger itself felt old and odd. Overall taste was bad. French fries also seemed old. Totally disappointed and unsatisfied.

The outlet was pleasant and staff experience was too good,taste is delicious which I mention as it varies from each outlet .only issue is that the outlet was having only one wash basin and the hand dryer was switched off. Chicken was most proper cooked and served hot .

KFC is shifted to RP mall recently. Before it was near the KSRTC bus stand. New interior gives pleasant ambiance for dine in. Appreciable remarks is the food quality. We've ordered chicken popcorn rice and value bucket which having enough quantity for 3 people and it is worth money. The reason for 3 star is rest room not available. Rest room is available in the mall, but at the 2nd floor. Parking space is small. But we can park in the basement of mall if there front parking is filled. Service is also fast and appreciated.
