The quality of food is fast deteriorating in Punjab India especially Ludhiana outlets, reasons are best known to the people managing it. Mostly chicken pieces are bland, have soggy texture; Tthe chick strips were tasteless, half the worth, or their usual taste, dull colour strips.. And soda drinks or the crushers are too sugary only. 7up crush lime was God Knows WHAT?!? The vegetarian Takeaway order especially the veg zinger had two half patties and similar one piece was available for just sake in the V rice bowl, What AGAIN?!?!? We pay for food to enjoy not regret to come to the place...it's a serious issue and gross injustice to the visitors No grievances redressal mechanism works... hopefully it will be taken seriously and visit to KFC again helps the palate and the purse...
Very bad experience , we tried to change the order before payment , the the service provider said now it cannot be done. I wanted large chicken popcorn instead of medium , the service provider said we cannot do it. The only small thing she could do was she could cancel the previous order and reorder as per change . But the same was not done . I have ordered the KFC for total 1480 /- +190/- but was totally unsatisfied. Then again I had to buy 1 large chicken popcorn again . It was harrasment.order was also delayed by 15 mins. order no37601 dated 01/10/2023
Too slow. More than half hour in dine in area and forced to go for drive through, than Stucked in the drive through also for the last 20 minutes. Shame
I am regular customer to eat popcorn briyani but rice quality is too poor
If there is a zero star for them i can give that also lack of management people are waiting for 30-40 min pathetic service..
Undesirable experience for the 2nd time. The order took 45minutes to come and was cold. The first time was overcharged for 200rs extra above the bill then had to get a refund for the same which took a long time. Kindly check your bills before collecting the order.
Pathetic Service and staff. I asked staff to clean the table and they were like it will take time sir wait. In the end, i cleaned it by myself. And moreover overall experience is so pathetic.
