Good place to satisfy your cravings for fried chicken. Seating arrangement and decoration were nice. Ample amount of seating space is there. Even during rush hour there will be no difficulty in seating. Service is quick. While placing our order the staff made an error and while taking the delivery we pointed that out. Although they didn't provide any new bill, they adjusted the payment on pen and paper. Overall satisfied with their service. Taste is as always finger lickingly delicious.

KFC Best place for the chicken starters..(like me).. Hurry up with your squad .. Dont forget to order double downer...must try.... Cant stop going to it... every time i go to urban oasis mall.. Its very clean and highly hygienic. Good Supportive staff and well people. Very calm and relaxing place. Must visit if you are bored

I had ordered Classic burger , I don't know it was chicken or the oil , the chicken was smelling , I informed the team they gave me a different one even that was the same . He told he would check with his manager .But never came back . I have been eating kfc since many years but never experienced such. We had loose motions the same day,please taste the food also check the oil quality before you fry them. Also when ever your having burger at the store please wrap the paper and provide box . I have visited so many times , either wrap will be missing or straw or box . Please stop this cost saving at your store .

Have been visiting this outlet since it was opened. Was great when it was inaugurated, but now the Food is Good, Staff are okay but need to put in more effort towards making the patrons feel welcomed. Good place to satisfy your cravings for fried chicken. This place has good lighting and seating arrangement and is also clean and Hygienic. Don't expect the food variety and customer experience of KFCs from Metro cities. I would rate this KFC Outlet Above Average.

Had to wait 20 minutes for a small order and also observed that other customers after placing order were waiting to be served , if ordered item is taking time then the same should be informed before billing

Half cooked chicken was served. Grilled chicken was not cooked properly, you can see it from the spice coating in the photos. Fried ones were also bad, remove the outer coating ..it will taste like boiled chicken.

Just few hours back I visited KFC in Oasis Mall in Gokul road Hubli, where I paid 1000 for the order of 680/- but not got the amount back. I want store manager to check and revert. When I called to customer care I got bad response by Mr Devendra.
