Not a good taste at all
As an avid fast-food enthusiast, my recent visit to KFC left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. I have always been a loyal customer of this popular chain, but this experience was a complete letdown.
Upon entering the establishment, I noticed the disarray at the counter. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, which set a discouraging tone for my meal. After placing my order, I patiently waited for what felt like an eternity.
The first sign of trouble emerged when my meal arrived. The chicken was not only overcooked and dry but also lukewarm at best. It was evident that it had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. The fries, usually a highlight at KFC, were soggy and tasted as if they had been fried in old, stale oil.
Almost all seats were available due to Diwali holiday so no issues like queue to place an order or waiting time to get the order. Kudos to the staff who were quick and polite.
You can also order using the digital kiosks and avoid any possible queues.
Recommended over other eateries nearby for good food and quick service.
Parking was easy to find as well, though it was a holiday weekday.
Good KFC out let at gajraula highway. Serves good KFC chicken fresh and hot. Like the service . Washrooms are clean as good place for pit stop . Like the ambience overall.
Great experience. Nice breakfast. Staff is also well behaved and experienced. I would recommend this place to all fellow travellers.
Note: They also handed my friends phone safely without any harm to me which he forgot few days back. Thanks a lot to KFC staff.
Restaurant ambience was nice and plenty of sitting area. Just need to take service lane 1 Km early so that you can easily get into Restaurant parking area.

I was extremely hungry at that moment and without a second thought I went straight to the drive through area to order, I had to ring bells 2-3 times as there was no one and after 2-3 min someone came and i got my stuff. It was amazing. Thank you.
