I had a very bad experience from Uttarpara KFC. Chicken stripes had hair in it. The food delivered was very cold and soft right after delivery. It is not expected from KFC. Very bad hygiene.
I have visited in 14th Feb.2023, with my family, i have been notice that on any occasion the food quality not up to mark, might be heavy rush, so further i have decided not to go in any special occasion, because this is my bitter experience of food not cooked properly, the chicken cutlet inside the burger felt like chicken sausage. my family also observed after taken the burger. and not so delicious chicken which provided before.
I have been there many times before that. But forgot to add reviews any. We have taken regular chicken burgers with medium chicken popcorn and french fry, cold drinks combo. The taste was really good as usual and ambience was too. 1 star less only because of the portion as amount of the penny they charge d.
Food is excellent. Takeout or delivery as you wish. However, either the air conditioning is often not functioning at this place or they keep it switched off to save up on their bills even when customers are dining in. More staff required as I once went inside and found no one inside. Absolutely not a single soul. Restaurant was open and yet nobody behind the counter. I came out and went somewhere else. So better staff required and better service is expected. However, it is best if you take delivery as that way you can easily enjoy their quality food at home.

Nothing like finger licking good. The staff are great and friendly and the food is amazing. Quick service and lots of choice.. A nice cheaper option when you are spending your budget on the attractions.The chicken itself was typical KFC; the 10 piece strips are crispy being tender and tasty. KFC's krushers....those beverages are just amazing and so refreshing. For fried chicken, always consider KFC!!!
