KFC - Restaurant in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

I visited this outlet on a Saturday afternoon recently. With the brand KFC, you pretty much know what to expect in terms of taste and preparation. I want to highlight a few points about the service of this particular outlet. I ordered a Chicken Zinger Burger and Peri Peri Chicken Strips. As usual, it tasted amazing! While I was ordering, the guy taking my order asked "Sir, do you need 2 mayo dips or 1 would be sufficient?". For a moment, I started thinking what would be enough, and then I realized I actually don't need it. But the way he put up his question, made me feel it's something complimentary, which is not the case! I asked him if its chargeable, and then he revealed the pricing of the dip. Why would a brand like KFC need to make money by such malpractices is beyond my understanding! If I were not a regular customer, I would have definitely thought its a part of my order (just like ketchup) and I just need to make a choice! Baffling! The second thing which I found irritating was their absolute reluctance to give ketchup. Its like no matter what number of ketchup packets you tell them upfront, they will just add one packet. By default, they gave two. I had to ask twice for two more. Why can't you keep it simple and just give me what I asked for? If its taking such a hit at your business model, start charging for it, but don't make us feel as if we are asking for a favour!

Since it's KFC, the food quality is expected to be good, and maybe some of it was. But the packaging and service isn't. 1. The burgers are given in boxes without wraps (every other KFC wraps them in paper) - as a result, contents get spilled out and spoils the burger as well as the hands. 2. Fries were cold and damp - not at all like the hot, crispy ones I'm used to having from KFC. And it was crowded so it's not like they had to reheat stale old fries anyway. Ruined the whole food for me. 3. Not enough ketchup given - only 2 packets, and the guy at counter kept asking if I wanted chargeable dips. No other KFC does that. 4. Only two small paper napkins were provided despite us ordering like 7-8 items. 5. In the entire mall, in all outlets, a 500ml water bottle is charged at Rs40 MRP which is beyond ridiculous. Such cheap moves are very common here as I've seen at a lot of other places in Bangalore - shopkeepers not providing basic things which are norm everywhere else, conning outside customers for profit, not worrying about bad reviews just making extra money, people dirtying their hands with food upto elbows while eating, food outlets giving barely eatable items and not even giving explanation while charging full amount, cutting corners on smallest things just to make Rs1 extra... I came to KFC in this huge mall believing such cheap practices shouldn't exist in an international franchise, but alas. It's more Banaglore-like than KFC-like. Birds of same feather flock together, I guess.

Unclean & unhygienic place. The tables and chairs are dirty and unclean so forget dining in here.

Worst experience i order grilled chicken biryani bucket for first time from KFC but it's not a briyani it's just some masala fry rice and they put one piece smoky chicken...i don't expect this to kfc.

I ordered and told them take away. But she gave me bill of dine in and didn't listen to my words what i said and later started arrguing and took cash of 30rs extra for parcel without bill and packed in local method. Pepsi also provided in glass instead of bottle. Because of this Pepsi fell over the cover and was damaged all got dropped on road and because of her mistakes i wasted my 750rs amount without having anything. Customer response are careless in this store. Don't order from this store they will provide take away without no proper packing.

Worst possible kfc outlet I've ever been. The service was slow I waited in line for 20 mins and still wasn't able to make the payment due the machine not working. The staff was neither helpful they were just taking me from one place to another for the payment. After this fiasco atleast I hoped the order could come on time but I was disappointed as they could atleast process the order in time but they took they're own sweet time.

For Non veg this place is 5 star but veg not at all worth. just next to it choose burger king. No variety for vegan people. I tried veg zinger it was not worth the what i paid. Fries quality was very poor. Quantity need to improve.Need to be more fresh and crispy. Burger was basic but the buns were good quality.
