It's a good place to chill out with friends, The food is good but the service is not as good as enough, waiting long for the cleaning staff to clean the table but no one bothered about it.
Honestly speaking food was great but I didn't like their service. I have to remind them for the things they have not given which is written on the bill and yes thy have the bill too . Idk why maybe because of the lot of customers there.
Service are good but workers are so noisy.. That's why it's not good for me..
I have eaten KFC in other places and compare to them the briyani wasn't upto the taste. Even the chicken popcorn wasn't crispy as it's supposed to be. And especially about the burgers. The filling was literally empty. No vegetables like it was barely there. And the sauce was just a blop and not evenly spread out. No pickled veggies on the burger or cheese. I didn't even got the dip sauce that I was supposed to get with the chicken bucket.
Of all the KFC s I've visited this one is the worst. Chicken seems to be fried in stale oil. It is not fresh, tastes salty and chewy. Restaurant is ok, toilet is very very dirty. Service staff are good.
Worst experience , the staffs are so rude they makes a face as if they r irritated. Way of behaving and talking is also so rude . Specially I m talking about the Itanagar branch
Been here twice back when it was launched and 5 years after it's launch, i'd like to say it has improved over the course of the years like we all do. Colonel Sanders will surely approve the quality they serve now.
The operater taking order ia so slow.She takes eternity to complete one's order. Hot and crispy chicken was rotten and had foul smell coming from it.. Always goes out of stock of some food which is by the way not their fault.... the workers started piling up the chairs and tables while there were customers having their food which for me was so ill mannered and pathetic because i can do this after the shop is empty nd when there is no customers.. Ive had kfc at other states too but Itanagar kfc is standard less and non systematic which imo I find it very strange from a big fast food chain like KFC..

Really loved the place though very underrated. The ambiance is good and the kitchen itself is very hygienic. One of the best places to eat spaghetti. And price are also on point not too costly which happens in most of the restaurants in Itanagar.
