Pros - 1. nice cozy place to hang out, 2. Billing is fast & food delivery is quick Cons - 1. they don't present the bill, just the payment copy is provided, 2. Value for money is depleting every day, 3. sizes of the wings were extremely small, 4. Aerated beverage was flat 5. saw the food handlers picking out the fries from the container without wearing gloves, 6. Burger dressing was of only 1 sauce & lettuce and a hint of onion. doesn't think that this meal should be costing INR345. suggestion - Food handlers should wear gloves or else they should be working in back end to avoid the front view.

Had an amazing experience in this outlet. Staff was good but the communication was not proper. Time management, taste, hygiene and services were appreciable as always. Ambience was also good.

Located within the Orion mall , the is a very sassy little KFC outlet with ample sitting area for Dine in . The service was a tad slow compared to other outlets I have visited across India but good nonetheless. The food tasted fresh as well which is very important.

KFC has been serving the best fried chicken for so long. I just can not resist once i see the outlet while shopping and its pocket friendly as well. I always have their zinger burger as well as their krusher which are very refreshing.

It was my first visit and it was great. I ordered Tandoori Zinger Box which includes two chicken wings and one big chicken zinger burger including french fries and a glass of pepsi. Price is reasonable and good for pocket friendly non-veg meals. The taste is wonderful but it is quite lite i.e not very salty. Overall it was a great experience. The place is also very spacious, located at the entrance of Orion Mall. You can spend quality time here with your friends and family.

It is located on the ground floor of Orion Mall Mohaddipur, left to the main entrance. It serves both dine in and take away. But i will suggest enjoying dine-in. Their Ultimate Saving bucket is worth the amount. You will get around 24 pcs of Chicken .

Earlier it was good..but now everything in the store is going down..as in..tasteless classic zinger (they ask whether i want single cheese or double cheese burger but when my son started eating there were no cheese slice n they charge for it)burger rice bowl..plus the behavior of the staff.. If you want to take away the meal then they forcefully want u to purchse the paper bag..but they will not provide u the brown envelope which are meant for the customers to carry food..n the way the staff talk was very rude(that stupid person put the rice bowls n a zinger meal on the tray n said Ma'am le jaiye..i said but its a take away order then he said arey Ma'am aapne paper bag to lia nai hai toh apko hath me hi order dunga na..) restaurants also provide the parcels but no one asks to purchase the carry bag..

The place was very good in all its aspects such as ambience, decoration, food quality and atmosphere. It was also spacious. The one shortcoming is that it has no toilets. Although there are washbasins, but there should certainly be a toilet for nature's calls. A person is not supposed to go looking for toilet in the whole mall when he/she is enjoying a good meal.
