KFC - Restaurant in Churachandpur - Churachandpur, India

I'm probably the first western person to go here as it opened December 5th. The food is good. The tables are always clean. The service is extremely quick compared to Western countries, I have travelled all over the world in regards to comparisons. Availability is low as this store has recently opened, a few items were missing and cup covers and straws. Chicken Availability is also an issue in Western countries, especially Australia. In regards to straws and cup covers this is a management problem that needs to be resolved. I gave 5 stars because they honestly do deserve 5 stars, and I will definitely be eating at this kfc in the future with updated reviews as following. Thank you.

Got a great deal on the food. The combo packs are worth the price. Compared to restaurants that charge a ridiculous price for bits and pieces of meat. This is the real deal. Pure chicken meat. Service is swift surprisingly.

Loved it based on today's experience. Good quality food and very good Customer service. On the way out the carry bag broke and items fell on the steps - staffs readily replaced the items (which fell on the steps). Will share future experiences too.

They don't take online orders. I was really unfortunate to make that mistake. Ordered through the app for pick up but on reaching the store, they informed me that they don't take online orders. Which is absurd at any rate!! The app should say so at the time of ordering. To top it all, I had to talk to customer care to cancel the order from their end. Imagine if i had placed the order for delivery!! I would have waited for maybe an hour or so only to find out that the order didn't even get processed!!! This is very unprofessional to say the least!!

The management is so cunning, when they see a group of people on one table. They always say the big buckets are not available, or promotions are not available, The staff always try to sell the combo with 4pcs of chicken without drinks or French fries, ( 399 INR ). this is totally wrong., Im just confused if the restaurant cooks the small combo separately and big combos separate. Im going to raise this matter to the Head office, This is scamming people not selling.

Absolutely amazing product quality and good service and the staff is super friendly and good place for family dinner.

Best quality food which make made me wow and air conditioner inside restaurant was awesome, great place to relaxing.
