Ordered a chicken roll meal, waiting was more than 10 minutes not a good sign. Went downstairs in sitting area and max tables had leftovers from long and no one was there to clean. The fries I got after 10min were so cold eventually won't recommend this specific outlet as I have been to others also in chd which have pretty good service.
Very bad food. I complained twice but no response from them. Very very pathetic food. Every chicken piece are black not normal. They never call back regarding complaint.

I don't know about others we took the drive through and the food we received was nowhere to what the standards were earlier. The burgers don't look anything like they advertise and the condiments and sauces are inadequate and they are served mechanically through guns which measure out the minimum quantity. Although the service guys called back and replaced the order and below is what we received. I have realised that these MNC chains don't care for the customer to provide quality food like they do across many other developed countries as those countries have consumer protection laws in place. This KFC is situated at the ground floor (3B2 market) Behaviour given to customer is very good and also atmosphere of the restaurant is great. Here you will get different types of chicken items like fried chicken, kfc original recipe, different types of chicken burger,crushers, you will also get veg burger over here. Over all its a good place hang around with friends and family.
The worst KFC ever had. Ordered and paid for tandoori zinger meal. Got fries cold. Asked to change it, took them 20 minutes and still no fries. Complained- they had no remorse. Why do i have to pay for meal when I dont get a meal. Never coming back to this location.
