KFC - Restaurant in Chennai - Thiruvallur, India

The chicken was pink and raw, there were still veins inside and on the breaded skin. It was so unappetizing. The service was fine but do fry your chicken for longer!

Good food , served hot and fresh, service is good but the seats are not tidy has some rice on it , Other than this thing it's good

I ordered through zomato app popcorn chicken biriyani bucket and chicken longer burger & 2 pcs chicken strips. But i didnt receive chicken longer burger. I called zomato customer care they said from restaurant all the items were sent. I received the parcel it is fully sealed. But the chicken longer is missing.

I just loved the 10 piece chicken bucket there

Classic Zinger Box: Chicken Zinger Burger, 2 Fried Chicken, Medium Fries and Medium Pepsi. I upgraded to Large Pepsi. Apart from Fries rest were delivered quickly. But Fries delivered almost after 15 minutes and I completed the rest before that which gave an unsatisfied experience.

Worst ever service, one person will take the order and other person will come and say this is not available and they both will argue in front of you. Finally they will only give that particular offer to the next person in line and it will be displayed on the boards and it's available to order in self checkout but the payment cannot be processed. So again i have to all they way to order in the counter.

New KFC in town, Great ambience, good staff clean atmosphere. Only one staff to get orders at peak hours, that maybe increased.!
