KFC Nagercoil: With a very good ambience and a commendably neat and clean setting, it sets the stage for a pleasant dining experience. One of the best places for dining! The quality of food is good and there is great customer service! I ordered an "Ultimate Savings Bucket" which costs around RS 605! Little costly compared to our economic condition(as from a middle class point of view)! But you can give it a try once! Little rush at weekends! Parking is tough sometimes!

*Actually i would like to congrats that person, who is doing the cleaning of tables. He is the only person doing his work properly.
* Who the person collecting the orders( Female), She is unnecessarily talking with other persons(KFC) instead of support to us to order.
* Staffs are not friendly.
* While we are getting the stuffs by offer price, they are not providing even mayonnaise or ketchup and Tissues too. Then why you are arranging the offer prices for stuffs?
* Food quality also not good as like earlier days. Needs to be improved
* Disappointed.
* Many times i have visited here, but now a days I stopped to come due to these reasons.

I'm from Kerala, and I'm also a frequent KFC visitor. I've always trusted the brand. However, a few days ago, I visited the Nagercoil outlet and had a very disappointing experience. The place was overall untidy, and the restaurant's exterior area had a strong smell from the drainage. When we entered the restaurant, the seats were messy, the glasses seemed like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks, and the interior floor was covered in dust and food particles. The tables were extremely oily.In Kerala, when we order a Double Down, they wrap it nicely, and the presentation is always satisfying. But here, it felt like the presentation was very poor. The taste of the food was okay, but I've never had a bad experience like this at any other KFC outlet in Tamil Nadu. I've tried KFC in Kerala, Goa, Delhi, and Bangalore, but Nagercoil was a disappointment. Please do the needful , hope you will fix all the issue
Can't believe KFC could taste this bad. Not gonna lie, I've had KFC from different parts of India and in the Gulf as well and i have never had anything as bad as this. The chicken tastes bland and the mayo was too strong. The service is good and the employees are well mannered which is the only reason i gave two stars.
Situated just after the busy-ness of the town. Parking is available in front of the building. Not at all wheelchair friendly as you have climb many steps. Even during peak hours, the wait was manageable.

Small hotel with cheap and best. Quality of the food is also too good. Rich in taste and quantity both vegetarian and non-vegetarian gravy tastes good. Parotta will not make any irritation to your intestine late night. Beef, parotta, chicken is good.
