KFC - Restaurant in Hyderabad - Medchal Malkajgiri, India

I recently had visited this place and I'd like to share my thoughts on the experience. Overall, it was a memorable visit, but there were both positives and areas where there is room for improvement. Let's start with the positives. The restaurant's ambiance is great. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, with tasteful decor and comfortable seating. The lighting was just right - not too bright, not too dim - creating a cozy environment for a meal. The service was exceptional. The staff was attentive, polite, and well-versed in the menu. They provided recommendations and were quick to address any special requests. It truly enhanced the overall dining experience. Now, onto the star of the show - the food. The menu offers a wide range of options. The presentation was stunning, and the first bite was a revelation. The flavors were exquisite, and it was evident that the chef had put thought and care into each component of the dish. The portion size was also generous, leaving me feeling satisfied. However, it's not all praise. I did notice that the wait times between courses were a bit longer than expected, which is an area that could use improvement. Additionally, while the main course was outstanding, the appetizer was a bit underwhelming in comparison. In conclusion, this is undoubtedly a noteworthy dining destination. It excels in terms of ambiance, service, and the quality of its signature dishes. There is, however, potential for improvement in the consistency of the entire meal experience and reducing wait times. I look forward to returning and exploring more of the menu in the future.

Undoubtedly the best KFC in Miyapur locality, they have 4 to 5 self ordering machines but the issues are with customisation of your food , I mean for upgrading ur fries or cola from small or medium to large is not available in some of the meals packages in Kiosk, anyways you'll have a manual counter or staff to help. Good place to hangout for a quick chicken snack, they have a good seating area too.

The outlet is very clean and following social distance , service is very quick. Food is very tasty. Car parking is available. Self billing counters are there, where you can place your order. No more waiting in the queue. And the delivery was very quick.

The all new renowned KFC is on the main road of Miyapur BHEL road, which is otherwise called Mumbai highway. This is my second visit there. They have well automated ordering kiosks, where you can order your food. The staff were friendly and helped in placing the order. Atmosphere was perfect and the food was above average.

The chicken that they serve here is very different. Very tender and succulent, unlike the texture of chicken served, say in Miyapur. I actually enjoyed eating KFC

Wow! This is like a total 360deg turn of KFC, Miyapur. The branch which used to be horrible at service / cleanliness / maintenance, is today totally the best. I was absolutely surprised right from ambience, to way you place order and wait to collect it for either a take away or dine in. Really they utilized lockdown time to make the best of everything. Keep the great ambience and of course food as well... So that we keep coming back... The above my feedback after visiting post covid... Below, is my experience and feedback during my visit in May 2023... Kiosks are there, but each kiosk has a unique problem... Taste and quality of Burger, Popcorn and French Fries is totally gone... Beyond this I don't want to spend any time on writing... When they can charge amount for quality, wonder what is problem to maintain it... Really disappointed...

One goes to KFC or similar places for a consistent dining experience. Assumption remains that KFC would strive to give you the same levels of service at every outlet in all major cities. But this outlet was (using blunt words) filthy. Almost every table had food and plates leftover by the previous customer. One of the two washbasins was Non Operative and the other one was nearly about to flow over its brim as it was choking with some clog. I finished my food, dumped the disposable items into trash and left as soon as possible. Dear KFC, hope this was not your best day. Contrary to your motto, the food may be finger licking good but i dare not touch anything in such a situation. This is not expected from a chain establishment such as yours. PS. I took pics in one angle. It shows leftovers lying unattended. On the other sections too there was one leftover plate on almost every table but as that section had customers in some table, respecting their privacy i refrained from clicking any pictures.
