Worst KFC outlet I have ever tasted in. The chicken was not even cooked properly, there was raw blood inside, that was flowing after I took a bite. I had to throw away the rest. There was too much masala on one side and the other side didn't have anything. I think the cooks don't follow protocol, KFC should look into this, their branding is at stake here. Some roadside fried chicken tastes better than this. And also customer service was bad. They have less staff I guess, saw only two and no good behaviour. Make you wait a long while ordering, doesn't assist you, keeps going away from the counter. Burger was out of stock. Doesn't accept card payments, saying you will have problems but accepted UPI on the same machine.
Well it was ok but once we were dinning there and the manager(he was wearing formals) or what he started cleaning something with a very strong smelling solution. Fine there's less customer but still there was, right! All mood wash out through the drain... Ugghh that too when I took my relative who visited from Thailand... So embarrassing..
First time eating at one. It was nice but definitely not pocket friendly lol. No table-service (like the norm in every KFCs) so you have to pay and bring the food to your table yourself. The food was provided in like 2 mins. The only complaint I have is that the place is small. You might not get a seat during peak hours.

It was Yesterday , we ( me and my old friend) went to KFC, Universal studio Mall. No doubt KFC has its finger licking best quality fried chicken. But the service Manager was trying to deliver orders very quickly because it was bit crowded. What disappointed me was - he forgot to add tissue paper on the order tray and forgot to put my spicy dips. Quick service is important, however even more important is the quality of service and common sense. This is not my first time in KFC , I think the service manager is bit over confident what he was doing. Feedback note : quality of service can be improved.
This is the first KFC store in the entire west part of Assam. Went there on the first day of opening. It's like any other KFC outlet, so no issue with that. The best part was the parking. It has beautiful parking facility at the front space of the Universal Studio Mall. Hope they provide the same parking facility after the opening of the mall as well. Loved the 7min takeaway service. This was really fast. Best wishes to the entire team of KFC Chirang. Keep up the good work.
The ambience what great. I just hope in future KFC plans to increase space and reduce the queue there. The taste was super. I ordered with the KFC app for dine in which was super cool and very easy and fast rather than waiting in the queue. Had a wonderful time with my mom and Aunty. The parking space looked great. Nice climate plus yummy food is heaven peeps:)
