KFC - Restaurant in Kochi, Aluva - Ernakulam, India

KFC provided me with the worst service ever. I recently went to KFC in Aluva to check out the strips promotion that will be available at all of their locations from September 27 through October 7. To check and order food, I waited about two minutes at the counter for someone to pay attention. They don't care to take my order even though there isn't a person in front of me. Finally, I placed my order and asked her for takeout. I waited for roughly another 15-20 minutes after placing the order before receiving it. After that, the lady packaged regular friend chicken rather than peri peri friend chicken while I was still double-checking my order. I asked her to make the appropriate alteration according to the invoice, but she just poured some peri peri powder on top of the regular friend chicken box before giving it to me. Does KFC's peri peri chicken refer to this? Why KFC does not at least provide personnel with proper training on how to conduct themselves in front of customers baffled me. It's so agitated .

My recent visit to KFC was fantastic! The food was delicious, and the service was quick and friendly. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the crispy and flavorful chicken, along with a variety of tasty sides. KFC consistently delivers a satisfying experience, making it a go-to spot for fast-food cravings. A Disappointing Visit to KFC I visited KFC hoping to indulge in their delicious Pulinchodu, a delightful treat I've always enjoyed. Unfortunately, my experience on this particular visit left much to be desired, with several concerning issues that marred the overall experience. First and foremost, cleanliness was a major concern. As I entered the establishment, I couldn't help but notice the presence of houseflies, which is far from the hygienic standards I would expect from a well-known restaurant like KFC. This not only diminished my appetite but also raised questions about the cleanliness of the food preparation areas. Secondly, the lack of staff professionalism was evident. The counter was empty when I arrived, and I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to place my order. Even when a staff member finally arrived, they seemed disorganized and inattentive, which further added to my frustration. What was even more disheartening was witnessing staff members openly quarreling with each other. This lack of professionalism and teamwork in front of customers is not only unbecoming but also reflects poorly on the brand's image. Lastly, the service efficiency was severely lacking. Stock cartons were piled up in the entrance, creating an uninviting atmosphere and making it difficult for customers to navigate the restaurant. The chaos and disarray were far from what one would expect from a reputable fast-food chain like KFC. In conclusion, I hope that KFC takes these concerns seriously and undertakes necessary steps to improve the overall customer experience. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, training staff to be more professional and attentive, and ensuring efficient service are crucial for preserving the reputation of this beloved restaurant. I look forward to seeing these issues addressed so that future visits to KFC can be as enjoyable as the Pulinchodu itself.

Pretty decent outlet with a good turn around time. We ordered and paid without any issues. The waiting time was also okay. The seating space is limited so it must be getting crowded at times. The bathrooms were clean and the restaurant is maintained well overall.

THE FOOD HERE IN KFC WAS TASTY,BUT THIS TIME I FELT THAT THE OUTLET IS NOT PROPERLY MAINTAINED AS THERE WERE FLIES FLYING AROUND AND LEFTOVER FOOD NOT CLEARED FROM TABLE.

KFC located near trends and fruit bae at aluva pulinchode. The outlet is really spacious and has a good ambience too. The sale staffs are really nice and they provide good food. Things i found that need improvements are one they need to provide a proper menu card since their display is too small and there aren't much options displayed on that. And second the air conditioning. We felt really hot inside the outlet even though there is an air conditioning.

This was probably the third time I've visited the outlet. The quality of the service has been steadily deteriorating however the quality of the food is really good. The turn around time is what I have a major issue with: the entire concept of a fast-food chain (outlet) is to serve piping hot food as fast as possible which is why they have an established assembly line. It took us about 40 minutes to receive the order, that includes an order mix-up. The outlet in itself is mostly clean, however the air conditioning as a condensation problem wherein the condensed droplets of water consistently keeps falling onto the unexpecting customer. The cleaning of tables are also being done properly - I noticed previously occupied tables left uncleaned for the entire time we spent inside the restaurant.

Ordered delivery, 2 PC chicken and other items. The 2 pieces I received were mostly only crust and bone, usually the norm is 1 smaller piece and one breast, thigh which is reasonable for the amount paid, but this is just unacceptable. Taking the customer for a ride. I have had KFC from multiple countries but my favorite is always the one's in India/UAE, but never once have I ever had to report such an issue of being given two bony pieces of chicken. Totally unacceptable.
