Receive while sitting in the KFC. This is my hometown i felt bad after ordering the food and his worth less behaviour and rude answer (Mr. Rohan). I recommend taking a bit more concern on this branch because this is the only branch available in Hassan. My concern was that I paid money and i had to listen to him and his words. It's so hot and no AC is switched on...
They denied wednesday offer of 12pc at 350Rs, very bad service, they mislead us. Very bad. Pathetic service. How can they deny the offer which is already provided by KFC !! Better to book via zomato or swiggy to avail wednesday offer.
Lady workers are behaving very badly with customer and Zomato riders i have seen many times this lady staff they think that they own the restaurant. They delay the food all the time . They don't even respond to customer or Zomato riders properly . Iam a Zomato rider working from one year I see all the time they give orders very late .i asked them thrice the order is ready or not they were not responding correctly. I felt very bad this actions from this staff 14/11/2023.
Worst KFC branch i have every visited, Uncooked chicken, exchanged it with another piece, again same uncooked one. Also zero marination, chicken looks bright white. Almost felt vomiting. Left it and came. Never every in my life i have left a chicken piece in KFC without eating. Hassan Branch should get worst KFC outlet award..

Worst experience! Please check before eating as it's stale & not skinned out properly & little feathers are seen at the tip of the leg piece. French fries are chewey & doest seems to be fresh. Better go to a local outlets where you are served with fresh, crispy & fresh chkn with reasonable price. Don't spoil yours & children health. Worst kfc in hassan. Go to local shops. They are far far better. Doesn't upset your health also. Be aware!!!
