It's situated inside the garuda mall right opposite to the CBS (City bus stand) The mall is not well renovated yet (June 2023) The kfc is the only restaurant i saw in here.
You get good delicious food and the quality is maintained. The staff is very responsive and the restaurant is very good and gives nice vibes. You also get delivery and takeaway orders soon and you get lot of discounts and coupon
This is as usual like other KFC however ambiance is not that great. Tables are not cleaned immediately. Environment is little shadowy. Food quality is good. It's in the 2nd floor of the mall
Sorry to say your service is very bad....the sales girl doesn't know how to behave politely...kfc being an international brand we expect their sales person to be smart and having polite behaviour...moreover the seating is not clean...seating may not be part of kfc as it is inside mall but this also has to be taken care of
Pathetic service at margarath road Garuda Mall even though we are asked to place the order at kiosk,the for is not prepared until we take the manual bill at the counter, however the display shows food being Under preparing state, leading to lot of time being wasted but they promise 7 min delivery. Definitely not good and will not suggest to anyone , i have visited KFC other branches in karnataka far better than this , no good infrastructure and also we spent overall 1200rs for which we get average food and seating arrangements and all are not upto mark , medium pepsi which ordered were not filled upto the mark it had same volume as regular pepsi
