KFC - Restaurant in Dimapur - Dimapur, India

It is too stuffy in this hot weather where ac is a must. Most of the customers find it inconvenient for parking since there's very limited parking space on the roadside and no parking lot within the building itself. The food served here is so salty that only cows and buffaloes can eat it. The waiting period is worse than the irregular menstrual circle of your gf. Xd. People who work here have too much of an attitude problem where they tend to be rude to their customers. KFC is a new thing for many of the Naga people so treat your customers right in a well mannered behaviour. It's so sick to hear the way they speak rudely to their customers who are not aware of the sophisticated technology and their ignorance while placing orders. Please keep a cleaner or a sweeper, It stinks to the whole restaurant whenever the washroom door is open. Maintained hygiene for Goat sake.

Everything about this place had a bad vibe. All items were not available to order, seating area had no AC and water leakage from roof, unclean and unhygienic. It looks in bad shape so better it closes down or revives itself cause they're spreading diseases.

Very disappointed for packing delivery take out,I hve order 3000+ with Pepsi ,and I waz in bike and my destiny waz about 20km to 25km,And they were giving me the Pepsi in paper cup with paper bags and the other package in the small 3 to 4 bags so how can I carry 3 to 4bags and the Pepsi in the cup and that also before taking home it waz all leaking and the also paper so,(I requested them to plzz gve the Pepsi in other , and the rest I can take they said very rudely go and bring the bottle and we will fill in to it wahh where I well find the bottle so I jst disappoint with this service..) I suggest better have same bottle for Pepsi delivery and the same larger size bag..!In the pan shop also they hve bottle but see in this very big company no bottle and bags for customer nice KFC.

Very little options to choose from compared to other KFCs within the vicinity even though it is in the middle of the city and the most accesible one. No ULTIMATE SAVINGS and very few choices for the customer. No wonder the ever decreasing number of KFC customers in Dimapur city. Hope the owner of the franchise take notice of the reviews seriously and make necessary changes.

The staffs at the counter need to learn some manner,ur behaviour matters alot if u want ur customers to come again. The food was also not good .. Not happy

Terrible food. My family are a regular customers of this outlet. For the past few months, we have been receiving horrible food. It has been a long time since this has been happening yet we still continued to order. But now, it has come to the point that we have to speak out on this problem. First of all, the french fries was extremely hard to eat. The texture was horrible, some fries were hard and some fries were soft. The fried chicken was also another problem. We asked for crispy chicken as whenever we usually ordered, we would normally receive a leg piece. There was no leg piece and the chicken was fried horribly It was salty and very hard to chew. The skin of the chicken had a rubbery texture. I would kindly request the restaurant to be more careful about orders like this. As of now it's pathetic

This is for KFc Dimapur situated near city tower. They forgot to put an item in my order and gave me a different product also. This isn't the first time this has happened. And calling them doesn't work because they don't answer or line doesn't get through. The staff r also quite rough, they could do better by getting some customer handling education.

The quality of chicken isn't consistent. Sometimes it's really good but sometimes it's too oily, or too dry and not well seasoned. But the menu updates are not bad at all
