It's quite disheartening that not only did our order take 40 minutes to arrive, but also the chicken wasn't thoroughly cooked, with a few pieces even turning out to be stale. Adding to the disappointment, the soda tasted more like water.
This is one of the worst stores in Hyderabad. The staff was very rude and odd, and I felt uncomfortable. Today I ordered the Wednesday special meal the manager behaviour very bad , that the person named Mr. Rajesh is very rude and did not even respond to customers. I have visited many KFC outlets but this outlet is the worst because of the staffs behavior.
Food is good as it's KFC, people likes it but service is not good and reckless customer service and their making burgers is not satisfactory and they prefer packing for online orders to direct dine customers. No AC (They say it is in repair but it was not working from past 3 months), Not cleaning the table for 30 mins also , Too much waiting ( minimum 40 mins)even there are very few customers . No menu is displayed . You name it and they say "Not Available/ it will take one hour ". Pepsi is just water with ice if you ask they will say what can we do .
Horrible place, i feel pity for the KFC team who keep trust on the locals. Staff are so reckless, unhygienic tables, un parliamentary behaviour of the staff. Dont even get me started with the neatness the tables are all left unclean
