The restaurant moved to food court and 199 offer was pretty nice , compare to their other set of offer's.

When were in the bill counter, one family was there. Their intended was to replace the order. That guy take one piece of wings in hand from the box and shown to the sales person. The sales lady take the same wings back to the newly prepared chicken wings tray. May be they sell the same pieces to other person. When I was discuss regarding the same issue with them, they will not accept their negligence. It is the first time I face this kind of issue from KFC like no personal hygiene and negligence.

Really bad food. The chicken and bun were cold and stale. We even ordered a mousse but it was not good at all. The packets they give the dips in can't be opened. It's very difficult to open and we ended up not using them. Really horrible food at this KFC. Better avoid it.

Located in ground floor of hi lite mall. Nice place to relax. Taste of KFC is unbeatable. Attractive interior design. Iam not happy with the customer service especially when there is too much customers. They have to improve the dining space.

I ordered 6 pieces of chicken from KFC hilite mall today. Not a single piece received was properly seasoned and the chicken received seemed stale. After that, I went to the washroom to wash my hands, and it smelled awful. A service like this is not expected from a brand like KFC

I had a terrible experience with KFC. The food was old and tasted awful. After eating it, I ended up vomiting. The quality was unacceptable, and it ruined my meal. I won't be returning to KFC anytime soon.
