My Go To place whenever I want to cheat on my diet! The atmosphere of KFC is vibrant, aesthetic and cosy. The service was okayish and I genuinely feel that it can be improved. The staff (with reference to the Park Street branch) on the other hand, should be more active, attentive and customer friendly in nature. Coming to the food part, honestly I wouldn't recommend their Biryani Bucket, Rice bowl meal ( it was totally bland in taste) popcorn Maggi bowl and chicken roll to others. In short, the atmosphere as mentioned above is good and spacious although the AC doesn't function properly most of the time. In short, I had an okayish dining experience here and I would not like to recommend this branch of KFC to others. While I do like most of their products, the service isn't the best. On multiple occasions, I've had to wait long for my orders, even though the restaurant has been empty. Most items are spicy so specify if you don't want spice. Also they charge for everything that they 'offer' you like dips etc so be careful

Chizza was in there menu only, they couldn't serve it. Chicken peri peri was better than the chicken wings. Quite a bit spacious and well organized. Good for friend groups and also for families. No waiting.

The Park Street branch of KFC : The workers are novice and cannot handle any situation, nor give proper solution to the customers. But the food quality is really great, that hot and crispy chicken pieces, the seasoning and everything is great about the food. Upto the standards of KFC.

I recently visited KFC Park Street Kolkata, and overall, it was a good experience. The ambiance was well decorated and clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The food was absolutely awesome; I enjoyed every bite! However, I have to mention that the service was a bit lacking. The lady who was taking our order seemed a bit lazy and slow in her approach, which was a bit disappointing. Nonetheless, the delicious food and the lovely ambiance made up for it. I would recommend this KFC for its great food and atmosphere, but I hope they can improve their service in the future.

Unfortunately, my experience here wasn't the greatest. The food lacked flavor, the presentation was underwhelming, and the service was quite slow. I believe there's room for improvement in terms of taste and overall dining experience. Just wanted to share my honest feedback.

Certainly not one of the most visited places in Park Street! Staffs are good.. Interior decor and ambience is nothing extraordinary except for the wall art by the staircase.. Food quality is decent. AC needs maintenance because the upper stairs floor was full of water because water was dripping from the ACs.

Always a big time fan of KFC. At a time pass there, went for some work so thought to have fun with my near by friend. Good place Spacious Not much crowded I found first time in KFC. Might be because of weekday noon But had fun
